Dalma Castillo R. is a durum and bread wheat breeder in the National Wheat Program at INIA in Chile. She holds a Ph.D. from the Universidad de Concepción in Chile. Dalma's research is focused on developing climate-resilient varieties with increased yield, good quality, foliar disease resistance, and superior agronomic adaptation. She has advised M.Sc. and Ph.D. students and has a very strong interest in strengthening national and international collaborations.
