Amor Yahyaoui is an Independent Wheat Consultant. He holds B.Sc. (Agronomy) and M.Sc. (Plant Breeding) degrees from Oregon State University (USA) and a Ph.D. degree in Plant Pathology from Montana State University (USA). Amor has held a variety of positions in international agricultural settings, including Senior Plant Pathologist at The International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) in Syria, Lead Training Officer at the International Wheat and Maize Improvement Center (CIMMYT) in México, and Manager of the Precision Phenotyping Septoria Platform in Tunisia. As one of the original founders of the Borlaug Training Foundation, Amor has demonstrated unparalleled commitment to advancing training and mentoring for young agricultural scientists.
