Dr. Carlos Guzmán

Dr. Carlos Guzmán is a wheat quality specialist at the University of Córdoba in Spain. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Genetics, Cell and Molecular Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Córdoba in Spain. Carlos directed the Wheat Chemistry and Quality Laboratory at CIMMYT in México and is the Vice-Chair of the Expert Working Group on Improving Wheat Quality for Processing and Health of the Wheat Initiative. He has advised and mentored many students and young researchers throughout his career.
