Henry Nguyen is a Distinguished Professor of Plant Genetics at the University of Missouri (USA). He holds B.Sc. (Crop Science) and M.Sc. (Plant Breeding) degrees from Penn State University (USA) and a Ph.D. in Agronomy (Plant Genetics) from the University of Missouri (USA). Henry has enjoyed a distinguished career in plant genetics and biotechnology and is internationally recognized for his research in plant adaptation to stress environments and the application of genomic technology to crop improvement. In addition to a host of research accomplishments, he has provided exemplary service in leadership roles to a host of international research organizations.
