Dr. Priyanka Gupta

Priyanka Gupta is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the CÉROM and University Laval, Quebec, Canada. She received a Ph.D. from the University of Bologna (Italy) and has since focused on climate change challenges in wheat across the Americas and promoting cultivation of grasspea legume through digital outreach. Priyanka's past and current areas of specialization include field phenotyping, genotyping and marker-assisted selection, utilization of genetic resources to enhance crop resilience to climate change, and exploiting root system architecture for drought tolerance. She is fluent in both Hindi and English and has proficiency in French.
