Karina Frank is the Training Coordinator for the Global Wheat Program based at CIMMYT in México. She holds a Biotechnology Engineer degree from the Institute of Technology of Sonora (México) and an M.Sc. in Plant Breeding from the Universidade Federal de Pelotas (Brazil). Karina has extensive experience working in national and international agricultural research institutes and private companies in plant breeding, crop genomics, and crop physiology. Karina is passionate about developing and implementing courses on wheat breeding for young researchers from around the world.
